Trojan Bloom is a multilingual journal at the University of Southern California which features works in 17+ languages, with 1000+ copies distributed. I was the founder and editor-in-chief of the publication.

Goal:

• Craft organic social media content highlighting the writers’ pieces in different languages, including English translations to make the work accessible to different audiences

• Increase submissions by 50%, and readership by 30%

Creative Strategy:

• Organize 10 events, workshops, readings, and launch parties for each issue 

• Create brand awareness about the newly launched journal and increase the database of submitters/readers

​

Challenges:

• Coordinating with all stakeholders and editors to meet the tight publishing deadlines in time

Results:

• Increased submissions by 52%

• Increased readership by 30% 

• Released all publications according to schedule
